Another very interesting seminar took place in European Youth Centre Strasbourg, France from 9-11 May, 2017. Human Rights leaders and workers from different countries gathered in Strasbourg to discuss the ways how to Combat Antisemitic Hate Speech.

The seminar aimed to share experiences and manifestations of antisemitism in Europe nowadays, and identify ways of effectively addressing it, notably through the No Hate Speech Movement campaign at European and national level.

The seminar was organized in order to:

- Promote a shared understanding of antisemitism and its expression in online hate speech.
- Share strategies and approaches to counter anti-Semitic hate speech
- Devise projects and initiatives to address anti-Semitic hate speech through the No Hate Speech Movement and Identify measures member states and other stakeholders can take to effectively act on anti-Semitic hate speech
- Bring antisemitism to the mainstream of human rights education with young people in the Council of Europe and its member states.

The seminar was full of group discussions and presentations, meetings with representatives of Council of Europe, professional and panel speakers who have prepared interesting speeches for the participants about the topic of Antisemitism. A guided visit to Synagogue of Strasbourg was organized for the participants.

All the 3 working days of the seminar went very interesting and productive. The seminar gave opportunity to participants not only to enlarge their knowledge about the ways of combating Antisemitic Hate Speech but to make contacts between different countries and organizations for the future cooperation and networking.

The seminar was organized within the framework of NO HATE SPEECH MOVEMENT CAMPAIGHN, in cooperation with campaign partners: European Union of Jewish Students (EUJS), CEJI a Jewish Contribution to an Inclusive Europe, European Network Against Racism (ENAR), Ligue Internationale Contre le Racisme et l’Antisemitisme (LICRA), Media Diversity Institute (MDI).
Armenia was represented by 3 Human Right Activists: Arpine Kostanyan ( President of EC Bridges NGO), Nelly Gishyan ( No Hate National Committee Coordinator), Anahit Khachatryan ( National Committee Activist).
