Preparation meeting with Armenian fellows in Yerevan (Armenia)
Starting from 10 of February till 18 of March, for more than one month 4 selected Armenian fellows took part in preparation meeting in Yerevan.
Gevorg, Hrachik, Sona and Greta are 4 Armenia fellows for long-term project "Youth Work-Community Building in Rural Areas" funded by the EACEA under the Erasmus+ programme, which will be implemented in 3 countries: Armenia, Georgia and Denmark.
Starting from February 10, the fellows from Syunik region every Saturday or Sunday had intensive preparation course before their travel to Denmark in March for a study visit in the field of youth work in rural areas.
During every preparation meeting, which was 3-4 hours, the fellows had English language lessons; spoke about peculiarities and rules of the project. The fellows had teambuilding and interactive games. Also the leaders of “Educational and Cultural Bridges” helped them to get prepared to Embassy Interview for getting visas, to collect and have all the necessary documents. As a result of which all 4 fellows on 5th of March successfully got their visas.
During the last preparation meeting on Saturday, March 10 the fellows did the following activities in interactive and warm environment.
- Before travelling to Denmark they shared with each other the peculiarities of Danish culture, what they have researched and found out
- Had English language lesson in Interactive way
- Played a lot of games on team building and conflict management.
The preparation meeting was based on the methods of non-formal learning, which means that they had opportunity in a relaxed atmosphere to learn from each other, play interactive games, made dialogues in English.
The three partners of the projects are: Education and Cultural Bridges (Armenia), Dansk ICYE (Denmark), Compass (Georgia).
